This 4 bedroom villa is set in a quiet location surrounded by pinewoods. The views are mainly of the countryside, with a view from the terrace to the sea over Cala Vadella in the distance. The house is set on a plot of 15.000 sqm and it is not overlooked due to the surrounding woodland. It is a modern house, built in 2003 but fully renovated in 2020 It is only 5 minutes distance by car from the beaches of Cala Vadella, Cala Carbó and Cala d'Hort. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away. The village of San Jose is 10 minutes by car and Ibiza town is 25 minutes by car.
It is a single-storey property, with covered terraces to the front, rear and side. The terraces have two dining areas and a chill-out area with easy chairs and a sofa. In front of the house, there is a small lawn and garden, which leads down to the pool terrace. The pool is 8.5m x 4m and is flanked by a further dining area. The pool terrace is equipped with umbrella and six sun loungers. For families with young children, there is a temporary fence, which can be set up around the pool. Beyond the pool terrace, there is a natural garden (pine trees, juniper, rosemary).
The house has space for 8 people. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms are twins (the beds can be pushed together) and they share a family bathroom. The bedrooms are also air-conditioned. The master bedroom is located to the left of the lounge, and features a double bed (180 × 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with large sink, shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are across to the right of the main house. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 × 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. The third bedroom has a double bed (160 × 200cm) and a separate bathroom with shower and sink.
The fourth bedroom is located in the guesthouse, on the other side of the pool, with a private terrace. Here, there is a lounge with a single bed and a kitchenette with a fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. The bedroom has a double bed (180 × 200cm) and en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a toilet.
