Experimental Beach Ibiza is a beach club and restaurant set on the southern tip of the island, within the protected Las Salinas salt reserve, known for its remote and slightly hidden location. Surrounded by open coastline and natural landscapes, the setting feels more secluded and understated, with sunbeds, wooden terraces and soft, natural materials shaping a relaxed, bohemian atmosphere.
The concept combines Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a strong focus on cocktails, reflecting the Experimental Group’s background, alongside a menu of seafood, sharing plates and lighter dishes. Music, wine and drinks play a central role, with the experience moving fluidly between dining, lounging and socialising throughout the day.
It works best from late afternoon into sunset, where the combination of location, cocktails and atmosphere comes together in a setting that feels both relaxed and quietly vibrant, away from the more crowded parts of the island.
